ICT Total Klean is a concentrated, multi-purpose cleaner and degreaser for preparing compatible cementitious, painted and stained surfaces. It is formulated to remove grease, oil, mildew, dirt and stains before an ICT sealer or coating system, and it can also support pressure-washing and soft-washing workflows.
Test a small area first and match the dilution to the level of contamination. For light to mild contamination, the current ICT technical data sheet specifies a 7:1 water-to-product dilution. Heavier contamination may require a stronger solution. Apply with a pump sprayer or garden can, scrub thoroughly with a stiff-bristle brush or use a pressure washer, then rinse completely so no cleaner residue remains.
Protect adjacent materials and verify that the substrate and any existing finish are compatible. Allow the cleaned surface to meet the sealer or coating manufacturer’s preparation and dryness requirements before the next step.
Read the current label, technical data sheet and Safety Data Sheet before use. Avoid breathing spray mist and wear the specified protective equipment, including chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection and suitable footwear. Keep the container closed when not in use and out of reach of children. ICT lists a one-year shelf life when the product is stored from 50°F to 90°F in protected conditions.
