The Tenax six-color kit is a practical pigment set for tinting compatible polyester and epoxy stone adhesives. It gives fabricators six familiar granite-inspired starting colors that can be used individually or blended to reduce the visual contrast of seams, fills and small repairs.
Prepare a small adhesive sample first, add pigment gradually and mix thoroughly before comparing it with the actual stone. Check the match under the lighting in which the finished work will be viewed. The wet mixture and cured adhesive may not look identical, so allow a test sample to cure before committing to a visible seam or repair.
Use only with an adhesive system that accepts universal stone pigment paste, and never let added pigment replace or alter the required hardener ratio. Follow the adhesive and pigment labels for maximum tint loading, cure instructions, PPE and ventilation.
