Tenax StrongEdge 45 is a transparent two-component knife-grade epoxy mastic for fabrication, lamination and exposed bonding. Its thixotropic paste consistency stays in place on vertical joints and 45-degree miters without running or dripping. Tenax specifies the system for natural stone, granite, marble, quartz, engineered stone, ceramic and porcelain, with indoor or outdoor use.
Part A and Part B are sold under separate SKUs; neither container is a complete adhesive by itself. Mix 100 parts Part A with 50 parts Part B, equivalent to a 2:1 ratio. Use the current container instructions for working and curing times. Temperature, batch size and joint geometry can change working and cure times.
Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dust. Measure both components accurately, then mix vigorously with clean tools until the blend is uniform. Prepare only what can be applied within the available working window, and never return mixed material to either container. Support bonded pieces until sufficient cure is reached. Keep containers tightly closed and store away from heat, humidity and sunlight. Review the current label, technical data sheet and both safety data sheets before use.
