Compressed-Air Slab Handling with Four Adjustable Vacuum Pads and 0°–90° Tilting
Available from Lumax Innovations, the MAXVL100-W is a professional stone vacuum lifter designed to work with a suitable hoist for lifting, moving, tilting, and positioning large smooth-surface stone slabs in fabrication shops, warehouses, and processing areas.
The system uses the shop’s compressed-air supply to generate vacuum. Four soft white-rubber vacuum pads provide multiple contact points across the slab, while their adjustable positions allow the lifting frame to be configured for compatible slab dimensions. The frame tilts from 0° to 90°, supporting controlled transitions between vertical and horizontal positions.
The MAXVL100-W has a published Working Load Limit of up to 2,200 lb (1,000 kg), subject to the manufacturer’s operating instructions, approved configuration, slab dimensions, surface condition, vacuum-pad contact, and the rated capacity of the complete lifting system.
Published 2,200 lb Working Load Limit: Rated up to 2,200 lb (1,000 kg) when used within the manufacturer’s approved operating conditions.
Four Adjustable Vacuum Pads: Four soft white-rubber pads distribute contact across the slab and can be repositioned along the frame for compatible slab sizes.
White-Rubber Contact Surface: Designed to provide soft contact with the stone surface and help reduce scratching during proper use.
0°–90° Tilting Frame: Allows the slab to transition between vertical and horizontal positions.
Compressed-Air Operation: Uses the shop’s compressed-air supply to generate the vacuum required for lifting.
Audible and Visual Alarm: An incorporated alarm system, powered by a 9 V battery, provides audible and visual system indication during operation.
Rotating Pad Assemblies: The vacuum pads can be rotated manually by 90°.
Included Trolley: A dedicated trolley is included for moving and storing the lifter when it is not carrying a load.
One-Year Warranty: The published product warranty is one year.
Moving compatible large stone slabs within a fabrication shop or warehouse
Transferring slabs between storage and processing areas
Positioning slabs onto suitable processing tables
Changing a slab from vertical to horizontal orientation, or from horizontal to vertical
The lifter must be connected to a properly rated hoist and used only with materials, surfaces, slab dimensions, and configurations authorized by the manufacturer.

MAXVL100-W four-pad stone vacuum lifter
Dedicated transport/storage trolley
Compressed-air supply, hoist, hook, and other supporting lifting equipment are not identified as included and must be selected and rated separately for the application.
This model is documented for smooth-surface stone slabs. Do not assume compatibility with porous, textured, cracked, wet, dirty, dusty, uneven, or otherwise seal-compromised surfaces. Confirm material and surface compatibility before use.
The published minimum slab dimensions are 51 15/16 × 31 1/2 in (1,320 × 800 mm). Slab size alone does not establish compatibility. The operator must also verify actual slab weight, surface condition, pad placement, complete pad contact, center of gravity, vacuum level, and the capacity of the hoist and every component in the lifting system.
This is industrial below-the-hook lifting equipment. Operators must read and understand the manufacturer’s manual before setup or operation and must receive appropriate training.
Never exceed the published Working Load Limit or any lower limit established by the manufacturer for the specific configuration.
The rated capacity of the complete lifting system is limited by its lowest-rated component.
Include the lifter’s own weight when determining the load imposed on the hoist and supporting structure.
Inspect the frame, lifting point, pads, seals, hoses, valves, gauge/indicators, alarm, battery, and air connections before use.
Position all required pads completely on an approved, clean, smooth contact area. Do not place pads over edges, holes, fissures, joints, or surface irregularities.
Confirm adequate vacuum and perform only the preliminary lift/test procedure specified by the manufacturer before moving the load.
Keep all personnel away from the suspended load and outside the possible fall, swing, pinch, and crush zones.
Never lift people, stand beneath the load, or leave a suspended load unattended.
Use the equipment only with a correctly selected and rated hoist and in accordance with applicable workplace rules, inspections, and lifting procedures.
Contact Lumax Innovations before ordering if you need help evaluating slab dimensions, material surface, compressed-air availability, freight, or shop workflow. Final compatibility and safe use must be determined from the manufacturer’s instructions and the conditions at the job site.
The published Working Load Limit is up to 2,200 lb (1,000 kg). That rating applies only under the manufacturer’s approved operating conditions and does not override a lower capacity elsewhere in the complete lifting system.
The MAXVL100-W uses four soft white-rubber vacuum pads. Their positions can be adjusted along the frame, and the pad assemblies can be rotated manually by 90°.
The published tilt range is 0°–90°, allowing compatible slabs to transition between vertical and horizontal positions.
The vacuum system uses an external compressed-air source. The published source requirement is 6–8 kg/cm², approximately 85–114 psi. Compressor airflow requirements must be confirmed from the manufacturer’s operating documentation before installation.
The published application is smooth-surface stone slab. Compatibility with porous, textured, cracked, wet, dirty, dusty, uneven, or otherwise seal-compromised surfaces is not established by the available product documentation and must not be assumed.
The published catalog lists minimum slab dimensions of 51 15/16 × 31 1/2 in (1,320 × 800 mm). Weight, surface, pad contact, center of gravity, and all other manufacturer requirements must also be satisfied.
Yes. The published product information identifies the dedicated transport/storage trolley as included.
Yes. It has an incorporated audible and visual alarm system powered by a 9 V battery.
The hoist is not identified as included. The MAXVL100-W is designed to work with a separate, properly rated hoist and supporting lifting system.
The published warranty is one year. Contact Lumax Innovations for the warranty terms applicable to the order.
